Red Queen Casino is a regulated gaming company and we comply with all guidelines to ensure our members are playing in a safe environment. Our mission is to keep the online games as a fun recreational activity. Our casino support staff are trained to help and detect compulsive usage and underage access of our online, casino games. If you have concerns with yourself or family and friends, we can advise you with the help and support you need. We care about our members and like anything, if things are done excessively they can have disastrous effects…moderation is the key to life.

Preventing Underage Gambling

  • Gambling whilst under the age of 18 is a criminal offence and Easigames takes its responsibilities to prevent access by under-18s very seriously indeed. Appropriate age verification checks are carried out across all our businesses.

Parental Controls

  • Easigames uses age verification systems and procedures to minimise the risk of underage customers from using our on-line services. Nevertheless, we recommend that parents and guardians who use a family shared computer to install filtering software in order to restrict internet access to children and minors.
  • There are a number of parental filtering solutions that can be used to monitor or restrict access to the Internet:
    • www.netnanny.com - filtering software that protects children from inappropriate web content.
    • www.cybersitter.com - a filtering software which allows parents to add their own sites to block.
    • www.saferinternet.org - a website which is co-funded by the European Union and provides comprehensive information about internet filter software and also offers a free test version.
  • If you know someone under the age of 18 who is registered with football1x2, please contact us immediately.
  • We provide customers with a range of options to assist them in gambling responsibly including:
    • Deposit Limits
    • Self-Exclusion or Opt-Out

Deposit Limits

  • This facility enables you to limit the amount of money that you are able to deposit into your account every day, week and month. These amounts may be revised downwards at any time but any increase is subject to a 24 hour cool down period after the request is made. After this time you will have to return to the page to confirm the change. Our Customer Services staff will be happy to provide any further information that you may require.
  • You are able to set or amend your Deposit Limits from the Responsible Gambling Controls section of your My Account page.

Self-Exclusion

  • Easigames provides the facility to allow a customer to exclude themselves from the site for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years.
  • Once this has been requested, it will not be possible for the account to be re-opened for any reason until after the set period has expired.
  • During this period, Easigames will do all it can to prevent new accounts being opened.
  • Should you opt to self-exclude from Easigames, we strongly recommend that you seek exclusion from all other betting operators you have an account with.
  • If you use Social Media channels we recommend you take steps to ensure you don’t receive our news or updates.
  • This can be set from the Responsible Gambling Controls section on your My Account page.
  • Once the self-exclusion period is over you will need to contact Customer Service to reopen your account.

Time out

  • If you want to take a short break from betting and gaming with us, you can do so by taking a Time-Out for a specified period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
  • Once you begin your Time-Out, you will not be able to use your account for betting and gaming, although you will still be able to login to withdraw any remaining balance. It will not be possible to reactivate your account until the Time-Out period has ended.
  • If you want to prevent yourself from gambling for a longer period of time you should use our Self-Exclusion option.
  • This can be set from the Responsible Gambling Controls section on your My Account page.

Information on Keeping Control

Whilst the majority of people do gamble within their means, for some gambling can become a problem. It may help you to keep control to remember the following:
  • Gambling should be entertaining and not seen as a way of making money
  • Avoid chasing losses
  • Only gamble what you can afford to lose
  • Keep track of the time and amount you spend gambling
  • If you want to have a break from gambling you can use our self-exclude option
  • If you need to talk to someone about problem gambling then contact GamCare
  • GamCare
    • GamCare is a registered charity that provides confidential telephone support and counselling to anyone who is affected by problem gambling. GamCare can be contacted on 0808 802 0133 (freephone), 0845 6000 133 (local rate from UK) or by visiting their website at www.gamcare.org.uk.
  • Gamble Aware
    • Administered and funded by the Responsible Gambling Trust, Gamble Aware aims to promote responsibility in gambling and offers a programme which seeks to minimise problem gambling and provides help and support for anyone affected. Further information can be found by visiting their website www.gambleaware.co.uk.

Self-assessment Questionnaire

If you are concerned that gambling may have taken over your (or someone else’s) life then the following questions may help you find out:
  • Do you gamble to escape from a boring or unhappy life?
  • When gambling and you run out of money, do you feel lost and in despair and need to gamble again as soon as possible?
  • Do you gamble until your last penny is gone?
  • Have you ever lied to cover up the amount of money or time you have spent gambling?
  • Have you lost interest in your family, friends or hobbies because of your gambling?
  • After losing, do you feel you must try and win back your losses as soon as possible?
  • Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to gamble?
  • Do you feel depressed or even suicidal because of your gambling?
The more you answer 'yes' to these questions, the more likely you are to have a serious gambling problem. To speak to someone about this contact the GamCare confidential helpline on 0845 6000 133 or visit their website at www.gamcare.org.uk for more information.
